Waterworld is set to revolutionize maritime living by integrating modern comforts with sustainable marine solutions, creating a new niche in both the

To establish a professional, honest, value-added, and global real estate network that will eventually operate in all areas of the real estate business. The goal is to utilize idle human resources, create additional income for friends struggling to start a new life, and expand the businesses of our realtor partners so that we can all profit together.
2. Method: Developing a broad network through a website, mobile app, call center, and field representatives worldwide.
3. Requirements: An advanced real estate website (domain acquired, development started; completion targeted within 2 years if budget permits).
A highly sophisticated mobile application.
Recruiting trustworthy individuals globally who want to earn money in real estate.
4. Activities Planned Over 5 Years: Real Estate Engineering: Soil studies, architecture, planning, project design, drawings, permits, etc.
Real Estate Production: Construction of sites, plazas, apartments, villas, farmhouses, detached houses, village houses, shelters, seaside houses, parking lots, and multi-story parking systems.
Real Estate Improvement: Roof repairs, floor repairs, adding stairs and elevators, enclosing balconies, creating storage rooms, building pools and terraces, attic conversions, reinforcement, insulation, etc.

Real Estate Rental: Renting of plazas, apartments, flats, villas, farms, detached houses, village houses, shelters, land, RV areas, tent/camp areas, beach houses.
5. Human Resources, Employment, and Outsourcing Policy:
One of the primary goals is to utilize idle human resources and provide quality individuals looking to start new lives with employment and additional income.
We will train, certify, and integrate those interested in working with us into the global real estate network, offering them income opportunities.
We aim to start with 100% external partners and gradually internalize each unit as much as possible, potentially reaching 0% reliance on external partners.
Initially, our real estate network will start with external elements, but over time, even roles like electricians and plasterers will be integrated within our own workforce.
6. Organizational Structure:
Central Teams in Istanbul Tuzla: Planning, production, engineering, a depot for hardware and construction materials, logistics, transport, house-to-house moving, models, marketing.
In Every City: Excavation, construction, electrical, plumbing, tiling, walls, security, painting, plastering, furniture.
In Every District: One real estate field manager per district (no second representatives carrying our brand).
Global: Website experts and call center staff, prioritizing female employees working from home.
7. Institutionalization and Development Process:
A group will be formed online, with regional channels for countries, cities, districts, neighborhoods, and trusted individuals from around the world will be accepted into the real estate network. Training, opportunities, projects, and discussions will take place within this group. If the group grows and reaches a point where membership fees can be charged, the next phase will be initiated.
Monthly collections from regional field managers will fund the website development, which will take around two years. Training on website use will be provided, and all will be adapted to digital network usage. The next phase will start if we decide to continue collecting funds monthly for development.
Funds will also be collected monthly for developing a mobile app, expected to take about two years. Social media accounts will be opened, managers appointed, and marketing activities will begin. A real estate company will also be established, with regional field managers as equal partners and Necmettin Polat as the manager.
9. Principles:
Regional field managers can open regional offices within their areas of responsibility, provided they cover their expenses and adhere to franchise rules, principles, and procedures.
A superior system will be established, creating a brand.
Complaints will be taken seriously, and incompatible partners will be parted with.
Regional expenses will be borne by field managers, with no involvement from the central office.
Outside of projects, profit-sharing will allocate 30% to the job bringer, 60% to the field manager, and 10% to the central office.
For jobs originating from the website, app, or center, 90% of net profit will go to staff, and 10% to the center.
All transactions will be officially documented and invoiced to avoid giving competitors any advantage.
Payments to the center will be invoiced by the center, which will distribute funds to stakeholders.
Field staff will be male, vehicle owners, certified, well-dressed, and trained.
Commissions from painting, repairs, and other services will be shared in the same manner.
