Safiye Polat
Safiye Polat was born in 1973 in Fatsa, Ordu, Turkey.
She completed her primary, middle, and high school education in Fatsa.
In 1990, she enrolled in the Biology program at Atatürk University’s and graduated in 1995.
Following her graduation, she worked as a teacher and administrator at various colleges and course centers.
A mother of three, she retired after 27 years in education career. However, her passion for teaching led her to continue her career as an Assistant Maanger on the 1e1.net.tr platform under BVI.
Additionally, she is a founding partner of BVI Danışmanlık ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.
Zekeriya Keşkekoğlu
Zekeriya Keşkekoğlu was born on December 1, 1991, in Bursa, Turkey, and originally hails from Manisa.
He completed his primary education at a private college in Bursa and attended Bursa Nilüfer Anatolian Imam Hatip High School.
During high school, he developed an interest in commerce, selling textiles and food products during summer breaks.
Keşkekoğlu pursued his university education at Selçuk University in Konya, studying Arabic Language and Literature, and also completed an associate degree in Theology. He later continued with studies in International Relations.
During his university years, he engaged in e-commerce, importing and selling products online. After graduation, he opened an Arabic language course and worked as a tour guide and certified translator.
From 2015 to 2019, Keşkekoğlu worked as a teacher and certified translator. Between 2020 and 2024, he managed Galaxy, Oscar Education, and Kariyer Almanya companies in Turkey.
Currently, he is a founding partner and manager of BVI Danışmanlık Ticaret Ltd. Şti.
Necmettin Polat
Born in 1973 in Berlin, Germany, and raised in a family of five from Erzurum, he pursued his early education in Turkey. Demonstrating a strong interest in learning, he completed his primary, middle, and high school education in Istanbul. He graduated with a degree in Biotechnology from Istanbul University in 1990 and later expanded his academic pursuits to China, studying Sinology at Northeast University in 2004.
Throughout his career, he held various leadership roles, starting as Deputy General Manager at Galaksi Gıda, overseeing operations in Turkey, Kazakhstan, and China. His experience spans multiple industries, including food, technology, and electronics, where he established a deep understanding of both trade and production. In 2006, he co-founded Ailongxiang in China, transitioning from trading to manufacturing, and became a pioneer in producing multimedia products that Chinese manufacturers could not create, thus gaining a competitive edge.
In addition to his professional achievements, he has been committed to social responsibility. In 2010, he established the first overseas guild in Hong Kong to support businesspeople, and founded the philosophy and website of www.bizbize.gen.tr with the aim of fostering a culture of multidimensional social solidarity.
Returning to Turkey in 2019, he continues to offer his expertise in supply chain management, consultancy, and electronics production, leveraging his extensive knowledge and skills acquired through decades of global business experience. He remains driven by a passion for excellence and innovation, consistently seeking to contribute valuable insights and solutions in every role he undertakes.
Now, he is CEO of BVI.
